The AO Team are excited to let you know that we are able to continue to trade. It involves a slightly reduced collection – The Edit - and with slightly longer delivery schedules – but we remain committed to making available to you as much of the collection as possible with a dedicated customer service.
For the time being orders will be processed once a week (every Monday). Therefore any orders placed after midday (GMT) on a Monday will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Orders will be shipped using our regular shipping methods: UK Next Day Delivery and Standard International Delivery (5-14 days depending on destination). For full delivery options please refer to our Returns section in the footer of the website.
In addition, we have for now extended our exchange and refund period to 30 days. This extended policy applies to all orders made on and after Monday 30th March 2020, until further notice.
At this time we regret we are not able to offer an engraving service.
Please rest assured we are following the UK Government guidelines to ensure the safety of our AO Team and loyal customers. Orders are processed by one person at a time always adhering to strict hygiene requirements.
